Miley Cyrus regrets smoking salvia from a bong, an incident captured on video and posted online. The teen actress and singer tells Marie Claire that 'it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for.'

Salvia, a hallucinogenic herb, is legal in California but the image of a former Disney star smoking from a bong disturbed many parents and fans.

In the video, shot just days after her 18th birthday, Cyrus tells the camera, 'I'm having a little bit of a bad trip,' then asks, 'Is it me tripping? Is it me tripping?'

The salvia bong video showed that anything Cyrus does goes viral. Recent photos of her cuddling with actor Josh Bowman spread like wildfire before Cyrus explained they were just friends and that she's currently single.
