Oh, who would have thought it would end this way? Liz Hurley leaving Australia a week early, white-lipped with anger, having apparently discovered that Shane Warne cheated on her. Lost in Showbiz's hopes truly soared at the sight of Warne taking delivery of what appeared to be a new double bed, putting salve on his lips, spraying Lynx Africa down his underpants and marching up and down in front of the paparazzi, pointing at his crotch while waving a sign saying I AM GOING TO HAVE IT OFF WITH LIZ HURLEY: perhaps this relationship would be the one that didn't come to a sad end, almost invariably precipitated by the discovery that Warne had been sending erotic text messages to someone else. Lost in Showbiz can only think that its response to his tweet asking followers to recommend "the sexiest place to take Elizabeth for lunch" ? "given your past record, try somewhere with no mobile reception" ? failed to reach him in time.
